RATINGS: These come as a formulated market. They are not computer generated but manually calculated from a multitude of facts and figures and are a great guide for those interested in overlays / underlays.

In order to make this section as user friendly as possible each runner will be coded as follows;

DL ( don’t lay) .. these runners should be considered for backing only.

DB ( don’t back) .. consider these for lays only.

N ( neutral ) .. decision based on market only.

Underlays .. from experience we personally work on a 20% mark down of the rated market e.g. if a runner is rated $10 then we are happy to lay this horse @ $8.

Helpful hints: Stay consistent with your bets. Do not alter the staking amount during the day. This avoids the fatal mistake of chasing. Be patient and treat your punting long term and not weekly.
